Due to a changing market, my company had to reduce staff in our east coast field office gradually over several years until I was the only one left in an office originally comprised of 12 people. After a couple of years in my outsized office, I was looking into some smaller office spaces when I just happened to see a billboard for Main Suites. I was not familiar with the executive office suites concept at that time but it sounded like it might be perfect for my situation, and indeed it has been for 4.5 years now. My comfortably-sized office came with virtually new furniture, wired and wireless Internet access and a multi-line conferencing phone. A receptionist answers my phone number using my company name, so callers never realize they are actually calling a suite containing a variety of different offices.
There are 2 nicely appointed conference rooms available for my use, a well-stocked mail room, FedEx and UPS drop boxes right outside the building, a copier machine, separate fax line, a break room with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and sink, free access to an exercise room with locker room facilities, and a small café just one floor down serving breakfast and lunch. The staff is friendly and always happy to offer assistance. I also have 24/7 access to the building and my office via a keycard if needed. To top it off, it’s just a 5 minute commute from my home and convenient to major highways including Rt. 18, I-195 and the GSP. For me, Main Suites provides an ideal professional alternative to a standard small office or home office arrangement.

I chose Main Suites due to the Value Proposition! My professional image is on the line every time a current client visitors me for insurance & investment account meetings. Prospective clients are also of concern. The office building is an A-class office building! The construction and exterior is modern and very clean. Parking is more than ample for me, my staff, and visitors. The lobby, elevators, staircase, lighting, security and maintenance are all impressive. Both the outside and inside show respect and pride in their appearance. I have been at Main Suites for 6 years. My office, the receptionist and receptionist area, very impressive conference rooms & kitchen benefits are also other reasons I plan on staying! I have checked out the local competition for a professional image option, but Main Suite’s is still the winner!
